Its our expierience that many people or being turned down, not because they are
not making money, but because thier tax returns are not acceptable.
This has made buying or refinancing almost impossible for self employed people
who do not know where to get financing.
In speaking with lenders, we have been able to get them to take a second look
at peoples overall income to try and make the loan work.
Doesn't always happen, but sometimes it does and they fund the loan.
You cant give up these days on getting a loan, you have to work with expierienced brokers who know what to do and who to get loans with.
